You fill out our order form with the item(s) you want, a link or store name if you have one, and a photo if possible. We source it at the best price and send you the full cost breakdown — service fee plus item cost — before you pay anything.
Almost anything sold in the USA: clothing, shoes, jewelry, household essentials, books, toys, appliances, beauty and personal care, baby care, vitamins and supplements, small electronics, phones, laptops, and more. If you're not sure, just ask.
Standard items are billed at ETB 2,200 per 0.5 kg, rounded up to the nearest half kilo. Laptops, tablets, and phones get a customized price instead, since they don't fit the per-weight model. The item's own cost is always separate and billed at the exact price shown by the retailer, with no markup.
Payment in USD is preferred where possible. If you're paying in ETB, we convert using the actual bank buying rate at the time of purchase (which includes standard bank commissions and fees) — not the official exchange rate. This rate changes daily, so we always confirm the exact total with you before you pay.
A 30% advance payment confirms and locks in your order once pricing is agreed. If you cancel within 48 hours of order confirmation and advance payment, it's refundable. After 48 hours, the advance becomes non-refundable.
Standard orders ship once our luggage is full, typically within 2–4 weeks. If you need it faster, a rush option is available for within 5 days, for an additional $80 fee.
Delivery fees are calculated from Megenagna roundabout as our central reference point: free within 5 km, ETB 500 for 5–15 km, and ETB 1,500 for 15–30 km.
Deliveries outside Addis Ababa are handled through a third-party courier service.
It's optional but genuinely helpful — a photo or screenshot of exactly what you want (size, color, model) helps us source the right item faster and avoid mix-ups.
We never proceed with a purchase until we've sent you the full cost breakdown and you've confirmed it. Nothing is bought without your agreement on the final price.
Yes. Your name, contact info, delivery address, and any photos you provide are used only to process and fulfill your order, and are never sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to complete your delivery.
