Reorder Terms and Conditions
By submitting this order request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Total price, no separate service fee: You agree that the amount you pay is this item's full listed Total Price in ETB — there is no separate weight-based service fee for a reorder, since the item's weight and specifications were already accounted for when it was first listed.
Item cost: You agree that the item will be billed at the exact ETB price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, with no markup added. Because you're reordering a previously listed item, note that the price, specifications, and estimated weight shown at checkout may differ from what was previously listed, due to changes in retailer pricing, exchange rates, or availability since it was last in stock. Your advance payment is calculated from the current reorder price shown, not the original listing — if the final price differs from that estimate once we re-source it, we do not collect a new advance; the difference is simply added to or deducted from your remaining balance.
Advance payment required upfront: You agree to pay a 30% advance payment before submitting your order, calculated automatically from the store price(s) you provide for each item. This advance is based on your own estimate and is required to lock in your order. Final pricing — including our service fee, applicable taxes, customs duties, and any difference between your estimate and the actual cost — is confirmed once we source your item(s) and is settled in your remaining balance.
Item availability and price changes: You understand that if an item becomes out of stock or its price changes after you submit your order, we will contact you with updated options before proceeding — your advance was based on an estimate, not a final confirmed price, so this may affect your remaining balance.
Cancellations: You acknowledge that because your advance payment is collected before we begin any sourcing work, based on your own submitted estimate, it is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid — this includes cancellations or changes of mind.
Balance due: You agree that the remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
Delivery timeline: You understand that standard orders are grouped into batches, which typically stay open for about 2 weeks before closing, and are purchased together once the batch closes. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 weeks from your batch's closing date — not from the date you submit your order. Batch open and close dates are announced on our Telegram channel. If you choose the rush option instead, delivery is prioritized for within 5 days, for the applicable rush fee.
Customs and duties: You agree that any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by Ethiopian customs on your order are your responsibility and separate from our service fee. These vary by item and are not something we can predict or control.
Delivery address: You confirm that the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate and complete, and you agree that we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or damaged luggage: You acknowledge that orders are carried in checked airline luggage, and that loss or damage caused by the airline is outside our control. We will assist with any airline claims process, but cannot guarantee compensation beyond what the airline provides.
Your information: You understand that the details and photos you provide — including your name, contact info, delivery address, and phone number — are used only to process and fulfill this order, and will not be sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to complete your delivery.
