Order Agreement

By submitting this order request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Service fee only: You agree that the amount you pay us is a service/courier fee only, and does not include the cost of the item itself.
  2. Item cost: You agree that the item will be billed at the exact price shown on the retailer's website or in-store, including any applicable taxes, with no markup added. You understand payment in USD is preferred where possible, and that for payments in ETB, store prices will be converted using the actual bank buying rate at the time of purchase (including standard bank commissions and fees). You acknowledge this rate changes daily and will be confirmed with you before you pay.
  3. Confirmation before payment: You agree that no payment is due until we've sent you the full cost breakdown — service/courier fee plus item purchase cost — for your review and confirmation.
  4. Advance payment: You agree to pay a 30% advance to confirm and lock in your order once pricing is agreed.
  5. Cancellations: You acknowledge that if you cancel within 48 hours of order confirmation and advance payment, your advance is refundable. You agree that after 48 hours, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
  6. Balance due: You agree that the remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
  7. Delivery address: You confirm that the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate and complete, and you agree that we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  8. Your information: You understand that the details and photos you provide — including your name, contact info, delivery address, and phone number — are used only to process and fulfill this order, and will not be sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to complete your delivery.
